My name is Vicky K. Murakami-Tsuda, and I am the Web Editor for this site, as well as the Japanese American National Museum's websites -- www.janm.org, www.DiscoverNikkei.org, and the National Museum's online store (www.janmstore.com). I'm responsible for updating and expanding content.

I was born in Los Angeles, and have lived within L.A. County almost all of my life. I have been working at the National Museum for ten years, but only recently started this new position in May 2005. I'm really excited about the possibilities of how this site is being envisioned. There are some very dedicated and talented people who truly believe in what we're trying to accomplish working on this, and listening to them and seeing the new National Center being built has definitely been inspiring.

In my spare time, I enjoy being creative. Unfortunately, I haven't had much spare time in a long while (the downside in enjoying and believing so much in your work is that you spend all your time working, leaving little time for other pursuits), but I'm trying to get myself back to painting. Maybe I'll even get back to creative writing...

Okay, enough about me...who's next?
