Co-sponsored by the National Center and the Japanese American National Museum, the National Diversity Education Program works with educators to expand diversity education for middle school youth. Applicants were chosen from across five U.S. States (Arkansas, California, Illinois, Michigan, and Texas) to participate in a year-long program to develop curricular materials, panel discussions, forums, and workshops that explore the best models of diversity education.
